Panorama Barre AKA Olive Oyl fuses underground club music with choreographed fitness routines in a fluent and synchronised way.
“As a total fitness freak, DJ and somebody that loves to party, I wanted to create a class for people under the same umbrella to sweat out those toxins and regain the balance between the lifestyles that are at different ends of the spectrum. Dance music makes me feel completely carefree and alive. Some of the best experiences in my life have been on the dance-floor and combining this with something that has proven benefits for a longer life, improved mental health, and looking and feeling confident in your skin, is the perfect recipe for feeling all-round fabulous”.
What to expect:
Classes are all routines performed in sync with her own mixes of techno, house and garage music. Aside from the music, the classes are all-inclusive, friendly, encouraging with a strong community feel. Creating a space for people to work hard, sweat buckets but get lost in the music and leave feeling incredible.

Pricing:
Rent a single class class for 24 hours / £7 for 50 min, £5 for 20-30 min, £3 for 15 min quickies.
All 10 minute stretch sequences are free of charge and should be taken after any of the workouts you take.
