Specialising in the sustainable uses of the soya bean, and together we focus on producing high quality, vegan, deli-style foods, using an artisanal craft approach & always striving to be completely zero waste. Offering handmade Tofu to Vegan Scheese & Seitan to Mylk, Condiments, to Zero Waste Okara Bread, Vegan Salmon and more!
